1. What happens if my flight / train is delayed?

For a trip from an airport, your driver will wait for you 60 minutes free of charge after the flight has landed.
For a journey from a train station, your driver will wait for you 15 minutes free of charge after the train has arrived at the platform.
The driver will be able to track your arrival time in real time. It will take into account any possible delay of your flight or your train and will adapt the departure time of your race, subject to having provided us with your flight/train number at the time of booking. If the delay is long, the driver may not be able to wait for you. If this is the case, we will contact you to find an alternative solution as soon as possible, for example by sending another driver as a replacement.

2. I want to modify my reservation

Log in to your HYDD account, then open the menu at the top left and click on my reservations to be able to modify a reservation.
Possible fees may be applied if you modify a reservation after the deadline.

3. How do I remove a payment card from my account?

Log in to your HYDD account, then open the top left menu and click Payment. Select the corresponding card then press the menu at the top right and Delete.
